Check the seal before you break it
The Apple box arrives shrink wrapped with the pull tabs untouched. If the seal is broken or the wrap is missing when it reaches you, do not open it. Photograph it and send it straight back.
Open it and set it up
It boots to the hello screen, because nobody has switched it on before you. Hold your old iPhone next to it and Quick Start moves everything across in about fifteen minutes.

Use it properly for a month. If it is not what you expected, we collect it and refund in full including the outbound shipping. You do not need a reason.
Sealed on arrival, or refuse it
The seal is the one thing you can verify before you commit. If it arrives broken, tampered with or missing its shrink wrap, refuse the delivery or send it straight back. The return costs you nothing and we do not argue about it.
Manufacturer warranty, plus your statutory rights
Any manufacturer warranty that applies to new stock runs from the day you start using it, and your statutory rights against us as the seller under Spanish and EU consumer law run alongside it for two years from delivery.

The things people ask before buying.
Are these really brand new and sealed?
Yes. The box arrives shrink wrapped with the factory pull tabs intact, and we do not open it. That also means we cannot photograph the handset itself, because doing so would break the seal.
How do I know it is genuine Apple stock?
Every serial number is checked against Apple's own coverage page before dispatch, which confirms the device is a registered Apple product and has never been activated. You can run the same check yourself the moment it arrives, before you break the seal, using the serial printed on the outside of the box.
Does Apple's warranty apply?
An unactivated iPhone carries Apple's limited warranty, and the clock starts the day you first switch it on rather than the day it left a factory. Separately, you have statutory rights against us as the seller under Spanish and EU consumer law. Those two things run alongside each other.
Is it the European model, and is it unlocked?
European model, unlocked to every network, permanently.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
30 days from delivery, for any reason or none. Send it back and we refund the full amount, including the outbound shipping. The return label is free and the return address is in Spain, so nothing goes through customs. An unopened box makes the return simpler, but an opened one is still accepted.
Who do I call when something goes wrong?
A Spanish phone number, answered during Spanish business hours, printed on the invoice in the box. Not a form, not a chatbot, not a support address that routes to another continent.
