Every order leaves our Spanish warehouse within 7 days of payment clearing, with a tracking number sent by email the moment it is handed to the carrier.
Is this genuine stock?
Yes. Everything we sell is genuine, held in our Spanish warehouse and invoiced with our Spanish VAT number, shown in full at the bottom of this page.
What happens if it arrives damaged?
Check your order before signing for it. If anything has arrived damaged in transit, refuse the delivery and we ship a replacement the same week.
How do I return it?
You have 30 days to change your mind. If it is not right, we arrange collection and refund you in full — no reason required.
